Why Portrait Photography?
I think we all ask this question, especially since most people own a camera or an iphone. Why would you hire a professional photographer to photograph your family or loved ones? It is a good question. If you are taking pics on a daily basis to post on Facebook or just for fun, then you certainly don’t need a professional portrait of you or your family. But often we want a portrait that we can hang in our home over the couch or our fireplace, a nice 30×40 canvas portrait of our family. That is something that we hire professional portrait photographer to do for us. I certainly do. The choice is yours. I think we should all have a family portrait done at least once in our lifetime, if not more often, if we have children. Professional portrait or not, capture moments of your loved ones and watch them grow and change.
