Rams Gala Reception & Celebrity Forum

On May 12, 2010, Soleil Portraits photography joined Senator Leland Yee and Rams (Richmond Area Multi-Services, Inc) for the 35th Anniversary Gala, celebrating the Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.  At the beautiful Hotel Kabuki in Japan town, San Francisco, we celebrated with Cocktails, Live DJ, great food, a Silent Auction and an interactive conversation forum with the celebrities such as: Chloe Dao, winner of Bravo’s Project Runway; Chef Hung Huynh, winner of Bravo’s Top Chef; Tammy and Victor Jih, winners of CBS’s Amazing Race; Dr. Pamela Ling, cast member of MTV’s The Real World, San Francisco; with Moderator Senator Leland Yee.  Each celebrity discussed their perspective and experience of being Asian American on popular reality television shows, the psychology behind the shows, and how reality television is a cultural phenomenon that is shaping society and Changing Reality.  Thank you to Kavoos G.
